AAK Hydraulic Valve Block Without Iron Filings, Maarten admired!

Maarten purchased a batch of hydraulic valve blocks some time ago. In the early
test, the system parameters were normal. Strangely, 10 days after the hydraulic
valve block was started, the hydraulic oil in the system suddenly deteriorated.
The technician immediately suspended the operation of the whole test system.

hydraulic oil, and the valve spool of the cartridge valve connected with the

consulted no less than 10 manufacturers in a week, but all manufacturers gave
the same reply, they could not 100% avoid fine iron filings. This made Maarten
start to doubt the ability of the hydraulic valve manufacturers in China.

lesson, our technical team spent half a year innovating the production process
of hydraulic valve block, and finally AAK hydraulic valve was able to mass
produce the hydraulic valve without iron filings 1 year ago.

The reason why AAK hydraulic valve block can remove the residual iron filings
that can not be achieved by peers is that after the hydraulic valve block is
processed, AAK firstly uses high-temperature alkaline water to cook the
hydraulic valve block, so that the iron filings of the hydraulic valve block
lose demagnetization, and then uses a small pneumatic grinding wheel to clamp
the rotary file to go through the hole, so as to completely eliminate possible
flash at the corner. Then, the high-pressure washing machine shall carry out
high-pressure washing on the dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the duct.
Finally, the industrial endoscope and cold light source shall be used to check
the flash and burr at the corner in the duct. If any, point-to-point and high-
pressure washing shall be carried out until the iron filings in the hydraulic
valve block are completely eradicated.
