AAK Hydraulic Threaded Cartridge Valve 3 in 1 Multi-Function

Esteban is from a Spanish hydraulic equipment manufacturing company. Some time
ago, their company customized a hydraulic cylinder for a customer. The
hydraulic check valve, relief valve and electromagnetic unloading valve in the
system are all standard parts from HydraForce. The customer is basically
satisfied, but the cylinder structure is not very satisfactory, and the price
has no advantage. Their engineer said that only by integrating the functions of
hydraulic check valve, relief valve and electromagnetic unloading valve, and
replacing them with only one hydraulic screw-in threaded cartridge valve, would
the structure be simple and the cost be reduced. Esteban inquired about more
than 10 hydraulic threaded cartridge valve manufacturers, but no result for a
week. Esteban was worried.

After browsing AAK website on Google, Esteban found that AAK had many cases of
solving customer problems, and sent an email asking: Can AAK customize the
multi-function hydraulic threaded cartridge valve to make the cylinder compact
and reduce costs? After communication, it was learned that Esteban needed AAK
to customize the hydraulic threaded cartridge valve to replace the functions of
the 3 valves in the system. According to the hydraulic schematic diagram
provided by Esteban, AAK engineers basically had the idea. Esteban asked for
samples after knowing it. After 50 days, AAK sent 10 samples of hydraulic
threaded cartridge valves. 1 month later, Esteban informed us by email that the
customer was satisfied with the new structure of the oil cylinder, and should
promote it first, and let us wait for the batch order.

AAK used an integrated multi-function hydraulic threaded cartridge valve to
replace the 3 valves of the original system, specifically as follows:

1. The valve housing is provided with a connecting valve hole, a working port
of the oil cylinder, and a hydraulic control port, an oil inlet port and an oil
return port. A check valve spool is set in the valve hole to control the on-off
of the oil inlet and the working port for oil feeding or unloading. In this
way, the one-way control function is realized and the check valve of the
original structure is replaced.

2. The control check valve spool is separated from the working port, and the
hydraulic control valve spool for unloading the oil inlet and the working port
is connected. At the same time, the connection between the valve hole and the
relief valve spool of the oil return port can also be disconnected. In this
way, the overflow function is realized and the relief valve of the original
structure is replaced.

3. The relief valve spool is equipped with connecting valve hole, oil return
port and damping hole. One end of the damping hole is equipped with a unloading
valve spool to control the opening and closing of the damping hole and the oil
return port, and the check valve spool is equipped with a connecting channel to
connect the valve hole and the working port for overflow or unloading. In this
way, the unloading function is realized and the electromagnetic unloading valve
of the original structure is replaced.
