AAK hydraulic relief valve has more than 2 million times of durability

Compared among 20 hydraulic relief valve manufacturers, none of them is able to

asked the manufacturer with the best durability to make new samples. The
manufacturer advised that this is the best durability that he can achieve at
present. If a better sample is needed, it takes time to study and try.
Friedlich had to find a new hydraulic relief valve supplier. He contacted more
than 20 hydraulic valve manufacturers successively. Some had no reply, and some
were willing to make a sample for the durability test of hydraulic relief
valve.

At that time, when AAK received the drawings and working condition requirements
from Friedlich, our engineers were also not sure at the beginning, because the
durability test of the hydraulic relief valve was more than 2 million times,
which has a very high requirement for the material selection. With the efforts
of more than 2 months, after the selection, comparison, test to the steel
materials and 3 times of sampling, the new production process of hydraulic
relief valve was determined. Friedlich received the sample of AAK hydraulic
relief valve and conducted the durability test. 2 weeks later, Friedlich asked
about the production time of 420 hydraulic relief valves and informed that
although AAK was the last one among more than 20 hydraulic valve manufacturers
to provide samples of hydraulic relief valves, it was also the only one to pass
2 million durability tests.

Last week, almost half a year after these hydraulic relief valves were shipped,
Friedlich thanked AAK by email that their paper cutter was equipped with the
hydraulic relief valve provided by AAK, it has no any quality complaint and is
now selling well. The boss is very satisfied with his purchasing performance.
He has worked for 4 years and is now promoted to purchasing manager.
