AAK Hydraulic Relief Valve, 450bar pressure resistant and abrasion free

Gonzalo comes from Spain and has been purchasing hydraulic valves from Chinese
manufacturers for 3 years. At the beginning of last year, they developed
hydraulic gantry shears and needed to purchase hydraulic cartridge relief
valves. The engineer directly purchased German HAWE standard parts, and the
prototype was commissioned and purchased. The boss asked to reduce the purchase

His engineer said that the service life of the HAWE hydraulic relief valve was
no less than 1 year. Gonzalo contacted more than 10 hydraulic relief valve
manufacturers, they could not bear high pressure or can not guarantee a service
life of more than 1 year. Gonzalo found AAK in Google's China hydraulic valve
manufacturers list. When he learned that AAK had engineer from HAWE, he saw
hope. According to his hydraulic relief valve drawing, it is not too difficult,
just needs to be high pressure resistance and performance.

Because we have no program for this HAWE hydraulic relief valve, we need time
to develop it. After 45 days, we delivered 80 samples of hydraulic relief
valves, and told Gonzalo that if you replace those complained hydraulic relief
valves with AAK's, you will have no pressure. A few days ago, Gonzalo sent an

original hydraulic valve manufacturer.

from more than 200 hydraulic valve manufacturers in Ningbo.

1. Strict selection of materials: YG8 cemented carbide is selected for the
valve spool of this hydraulic relief valve, and the content of tungsten carbide
(WC) and binder cobalt (CO) is the best of the same kind of steel. The wear
resistance and impact resistance have been improved by more than 2 times. Under
the pressure of 450bar, there is no wear within 1 year.

2. The control equipment: the valve spool of this hydraulic relief valve is
finely processed with a Swiss high-precision honing machine. The precision of
the valve spool is fixed at 1-2μm, surface roughness Ra0.2-0.3, which is
difficult for most manufacturers to achieve.

3. 100% testing: AAK independently developed durability testing equipment,
implemented NFPA/T2.6.1 standard, and each hydraulic relief valve was
inspected. Most manufacturers conduct selected checks and do not have good
testing equipment.
