AAK Hydraulic Pressure Reducing Valves Unique Design Skills

At the beginning of this year, Liam from the Netherlands found AAK Hydraulic
Valves on Google. He told me that he encountered the dilemma of purchasing

schematic diagram, video of abnormal hydraulic column test run, AAK technical

safety hazards of the hydraulic column be solved. Perhaps Liam was half
convinced, maybe there was no other choice, he paid the development cost of the
hydraulic pressure reducing valves. After 45 days, AAK sent the 20 newly
designed hydraulic pressure reducing valves.

2 weeks later, Liam informed that the equipment had been running for 1 week,
without noise, and the support was rising steadily. It could be delivered to
the customer immediately. Their engineer wanted to know how AAK designed it.
AAK newly designed hydraulic pressure reducing valve has the characteristics of
high nominal pressure, large flow, good opening and closing characteristics,
stable performance, reliable sealing, small volume and compact structure. We
design and produce from the following 3 points, which is unexpected to most of
our peers.

1. From joint, valve spool, valve spool sleeve, ejector rod, spring, base,
valve body, axial hole and radial hole, from material selection to processing,
we have made separate plans.

2. The axial hole is connected with the lower chamber of the column. The joint
of the hydraulic pressure reducing valve is provided with an unloading channel.
The radial hole of the valve spool can be connected with the unloading channel.
The valve spool is connected with the spring through the ejector rod, the other
end of the spring is connected with the base, and the joint is fixedly
connected with the valve body.

3. A sealing ring is arranged between the valve spool and the inner wall of the
joint, and an O-ring is arranged between the ejector rod and the joint. A
special O-ring axial seal spring balance structure is adopted.

Liam privately told that his boss had increased his salary for 2 levels and
