AAK Hydraulic Pressure Control Valve Strictly Controlled by 2 Processes

A few days ago, Anthony from Spain needed to purchase a hydraulic screw-in
cartridge pressure control valve equivalent to HydraForce RV12-26, but with
a special requirement for the accuracy of the valve cage. Anthony chose a
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in Ningbo China who had cooperated
with him for 2 years. However, the accuracy of the valve cage for RV12-26
hydraulic pressure control valve was unstable. The original manufacturer
made samples for 3 times and all failed. 2 months have been wasted, and the
engineer was very dissatisfied. Anthony was very frustrated.

Last week, Anthony browsed the website of AAK hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer on B2B and left a message:
1. Do you have procedure for RV12-26 hydraulic screw-in cartridge pressure
control valve?
2. Can the valve cage of hydraulic pressure control valve be customized with
special requirements?
3. Can you ensure that the valve cage of each hydraulic pressure control
valve meets the accuracy requirements?

After communication, we learned that Anthony encountered a problem with the
accuracy of the hydraulic pressure control valve cage when purchasing from
the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer. In response to his
special requirements, we provided 2 suggestions: optimizing the precision
machining of the valve cage and conducting 100% independent testing of the
valve cage accuracy. Anthony asked, how does AAK detect the accuracy of
valve cages? First, I told Anthony that accuracy is not determined by
testing, but rather by precision machining. For valve cage with special
requirements, focus on precision machining only cannot avoid potential
problem completely. At this point, testing is to eliminate the hidden
problem, and the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer may have
overlooked this detail.

The valve cage of this hydraulic pressure control valve can be precision
machined using the TOYODA cylindrical grinder from Japan. The stable
grinding accuracy is the best among our experienced technicians, not only
high in accuracy, but also stable. Especially low vibration bed and high-
precision feed mechanism, combined with specialized cutting fluid, the
processed hydraulic pressure control valve cage has a clear contour and a
surface finish of within Ra0.2μm, the dimensional accuracy tolerance is
within 0.5μm.

Regarding the inspection of the hydraulic pressure control valve cage,
please refer to the video of our workshop's on-site operation. This is a
KEYENCE measuring instrument imported from Japan, which is equipped with a
20 megapixel CMOS laser probe. Before testing, our QC first inputs the size
requirements of the valve cage into the program, then places the valve cage
into the platform. After starting the equipment, the laser probe starts
working, and the valve cage of the hydraulic pressure control valve is
imaged 360 degrees by the camera and automatically focuses. The entire
contour data of the valve cage can be read in 3-5 seconds, and the program
automatically compares. If the accuracy meets the standard, the screen will
display green, otherwise it will be red. With this authoritative testing,
the defective valve cages are eliminated to ensure that the accuracy of each
valve cage delivered is up to standard.

Today, we received the trial order from Anthony, who is our third new
customer in Spain.
