In mid November, Steven from Canada left a message on the website of
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK: Can you produce hydraulic
cartridge pressure control valve with 2μm precision spool? From the name
Steven alone, I feel that he is not an ordinary purchaser. Most of the
Steven I know are leaders. After communication, it was learned that he is
the procurement manager of the company. Their colleagues have customized
hydraulic pressure control valves from other hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturers in China, but the accuracy of the valve spool does not meet
the standard, which has caused some delay and their engineering department
is in a passive situation. Now, the procurement department is under a lot of
pressure.

Steven's hydraulic pressure control valve is failed in not meeting the valve
spool accuracy of 2μm. As long as Steven understands how hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturer AAK produces valve spool and how to control

production engineer sets the processing program for the technician, and then
a professional tool setter is responsible for tool alignment. After precise
positioning, the technician can proceed with the machining. That is, a
process, AAK subdivides it into 3 positions, with dedicated personnel for
each position, while most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers have 1
person for 3 positions. The STAR CNC precision automatic lathe is equipped
with 24 cutting tools and adopts a dual axis layout. With one clamping, it
can be processed in one go, which not only improves production efficiency
but also avoids human error. The online detection function of the equipment
is highly favored by technicians. During the processing, key data can be
detected online in a timely manner, and the program automatically compares,
providing assurance for stable accuracy.

Today, we sent out 12 hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve samples,
