AAK Hydraulic Pressure Control Cartridge Valve with Buffering Function

Alfredo is from Spain. He has been smooth in purchasing for 3 years, but was
stumbled in the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve. Last October, they
developed a walking reducer that needed to purchase hydraulic pressure control
cartridge valve. During commissioning, the equipment stopped unstably. Their
engineer judged that the buffering function of the hydraulic pressure control
cartridge valve was not up to standard. The hydraulic pressure control
cartridge valve manufacturer said that this situation was caused by the inertia
of the travel motor when it stopped, and had nothing to do with the hydraulic
pressure control cartridge valve. Alfredo was helpless in the face of the push-
off of the original manufacturer.

Alfredo searched the website of AAK hydraulic valve on Google, and noticed
several customer cases of AAK about hydraulic pressure control cartridge
valves. He emailed us to ask: Can AAK customize the hydraulic pressure control
cartridge valve to solve the unstable stop of the traveling reducer? At the
same time, he also sent us the hydraulic schematic diagram and video of on-site
debugging. AAK engineers analyzed that as long as the control structure of the
original hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve was changed and the
buffering function of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve was
strengthened, the travel reducer could stop stably. Alfredo saw hope and asked
AAK to make 7 samples of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves. After
50 days, AAK sent the samples of hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves.

Two days before our CNY holiday, Alfredo informed us by email that the test run
of the walking reducer was smooth and their engineers were very satisfied with
the buffer function of AAK hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves, the
prototype has been sent to customer and let me wait patiently for their annual
purchase order. The structure of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve
is optimized from 3 aspects and AAK realizes the buffering function of the
hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve.

1. The inner chamber of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve body is
equipped with 2 limit steps. There is a buffer outlet between the 2 steps. The
plug is installed at the rear end of the valve body. The valve spool is
installed in the valve body, and the pressure regulating spring and buffer are
sleeved on the valve spool. One end of the pressure regulating spring is
connected to the limit bulge of the valve spool, and the other end is connected
to the buffer. The limit bulge of the valve spool is matched with the first
limit step, and the buffer is matched with the second limit step.

2. There is an inlet at the front of the hydraulic pressure control cartridge
valve body, and a return port between the inlet and the first limit step. The
buffer cavity is between the plug and the buffer. The valve spool has an
internal flow passage connecting the liquid inlet and the buffer cavity, and
the internal flow passage has an orifice.

3. For leakage prevention, 6 sealing rings and 2 retaining rings are used.
There is a first sealing ring between the plug and the valve body, and a second
sealing ring between the buffer and the valve body. There is a third sealing
ring between the limit bulge of the valve spool and the valve body. There are
the first retaining ring and the fourth sealing ring on the periphery of the
front end of the valve body, the second retaining ring and the fifth sealing
ring on the periphery of the middle of the valve body, and the sixth sealing
ring on the periphery of the rear end of the valve body.

The optimized AAK hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve adopts the forward
and reverse, as well as the same direction and two-stage opening mode. The two-
stage opening pressure is independent and adjustable, reducing the system flow
path, and the system has high and low unloading pressure, realizing the
buffering function.
