AAK Hydraulic Pressure Control Cartridge Valve 3 Selling Points

Evander is from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Greece. He has
been in purchasing for 3 years smoothly. Last March, they tested a hydraulic
power unit. The hydraulic pressure control cartridge valve used was from a
local manufacturer. During equipment commissioning, the operation was unstable.

control cartridge valve was optimized, the problem could be solved. Evander saw
the hope and requested AAK to make 20 samples. After 45 days, AAK delivered the
samples of 20 hydraulic pressure control cartridge valves.

8 months later, Evander sent the first order of 500 hydraulic pressure control
cartridge valves. Their customer was satisfied with their hydraulic power unit
prototype, which operated stably and opened and closed sensitively, so the
first order quantity was also surprising. AAK can replace the local cartridge

1. The hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve spool has the conduction
characteristic, and the valve spool structure is composed of the upper closed
valve oil cavity cylindrical surface, the lower open valve oil cavity
cylindrical surface, and the middle seal isolation boss cylindrical surface.
The through cavity in the valve spool is composed of cylindrical through holes
and boss holes at the upper and lower ends.

2. The valve spool mounting hole on the valve body is composed of 4 cylindrical
stepped holes from top to bottom, and the diameter decreases from top to
bottom. The upper end of the fourth step hole has a sealing cone, the lower end
of the third step hole has a side wall of the valve body, and there is an oil
inlet of the main oil circuit, and the fourth step hole is an oil outlet of the
main oil circuit.

3. The second step hole and the intermediate seal isolate the cylindrical
surface of the boss to form a reciprocating dynamic seal. There is a transition
seal guide sleeve between the first step hole and the cylindrical surface of
the upper closed valve oil chamber, and the inner hole of the guide sleeve is
reciprocating dynamic seal.

The optimized hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve, the upper and lower
end faces of the valve spool are connected, and the oil pressure of the oil
circuit has no effect on the lifting movement of the valve spool, and the size
and fluctuation of the oil pressure of the main oil circuit does not affect the
opening and closing sensitivity of the valve spool. It ensures the reliability,
stability and sensitivity of the opening and closing state of the hydraulic
cartridge pressure control valve.
