AAK hydraulic manifold, energy saving, high efficiency

Timothy from Italy has cooperated with AAK for 4 years. Our first cooperation

After 45 days, AAK sent 6 hydraulic manifolds. Two weeks later, Timothy told us
that the equipment installed with AAK hydraulic manifolds had a smooth trial
run and would not miss the exhibition period. Last week, Timothy said that the
equipment promotion was smooth and the reservation exceeded expectations. The
boss was very happy. He suggested that I hurry up to prepare materials. The

The hydraulic manifold newly designed by AAK has 3 key points. It is difficult
to find a third hydraulic manifold manufacturer in Ningbo who can take these 3
points into account at the same time.

1. The overflow circuit in the original hydraulic manifold system is changed
into an automatic unloading circuit, and then matched with the AAK logic
cartridge valve. In this way, the heating of the system is reduced, the working
performance of the system is improved, and the energy consumption is reduced by
about 20% compared with the original design.

2. The differential circuit design simplifies the hydraulic manifold system,
reduces the operation cycle of the hydraulic system from 30 seconds to 20
seconds, and greatly improves the production efficiency.

3. The three pump oil supply of the original hydraulic manifold system is
changed to the two pump oil supply, and the return oil pressure is used to
directly cool the return oil. In this way, the series link of the system is
reduced, the system pipeline is simplified, the energy is saved, and it is
helpful for energy consumption and efficiency.

Timothy told me privately that without the support of his supervisor for the
development fee of 6000 US dollars for the hydraulic manifold, he paid it by
himself. The boss was surprised by his actions and appreciated him. He
gradually replaced the original supervisor.
