AAK Hydraulic Manifold Blocks High Accuracy No Burrs

Consuelo comes from Spain and has been gradually purchasing hydraulic manifold
blocks from China in recent years. Recently, they designed a new hydraulic
manifold block and wanted to sample it from an old hydraulic manifold supplier
in Ningbo China. The manufacturer stated that this hydraulic manifold block has
complex oil circuits, high accuracy, and is difficult to process. They are not
very confident, but they are willing to try it out. 2 months later, the sample

China, but after a week, there were no results. Consuelo was very upset after
wasting more than 2 months of time.

centers are powerless. I showed him the irregular hydraulic manifolds with
multi channels that AAK exported to Russian market previously. Consuelo may
have seen hope and requested AAK to make samples. After 50 days, AAK shipped
the test order for the hydraulic manifold blocks.

3 weeks later, Consuelo informed us via email that the AAK hydraulic manifold
blocks had been approved by their engineers. After more than 2 months of
frustration, he finally resolved it. I told him that for any hydraulic
manifolds that require attention, contacting AAK, it may not bother you
anymore. If AAK cannot handle it, then there is no need to waste time in the
Ningbo area.

The processing of the hydraulic manifold block with complex oil circuits is
carried out by AAK using a 4 axis machining center from Okuma, Japan. One
clamping can complete multiple processes, avoiding the personal equation of
multiple clamping. The machining accuracy of 4 rotating surfaces is controlled
within the same range, avoiding the same valve block with different accuracy.
Not only can it automatically change tools, but it also has complete tool
functions. On this basis, AAK upgraded the drill bit and equipped it with a
Taiwan ZOTO water jet drill bit. The drill is sprayed with Cutting fluid during
cutting, which not only cools the tool, but also flushes away the chips to
prevent burrs. At the same time, we also added TiALN coating on the surface of
the drill bit. Compared with other hard alloy drill bits, the cutting
performance is more stable, the surface smoothness of the valve hole is good,
and the dimensional and positioning accuracy are much higher than other types
of alloy drill bits.
