AAK Hydraulic Flow Control Valves Valve Hole Accuracy Within 0.8μm

In March this year, Danielisadora, a Brazilian customer, sent us an inquiry,
urgently needing 20 non-standard customized hydraulic flow control valves with
an accuracy of 1.0μm valve hole, which is required to be completed within 1
month. Danielisadora has not cooperated much with AAK. Previously, he purchased
some SUN hydraulic valves in small quantities but with high requirements. For
20 small quantities of non-standard customized hydraulic flow control valves,
most hydraulic valve manufacturers were unwilling to do. After several rounds
of email communication, we learned the difficulties that Danielisadora has met.

In the second half of last year, Danielisadora developed a high-performance
excavator, which needs a high-precision hydraulic control system as a support,
reflecting the high-speed, heavy load and accurate displacement of the
equipment. However, the equipment is not smooth in the commissioning stage, and
the buffers at both ends of the excavator stick cylinder often fail. Their
engineer was puzzled. After disassembling the hydraulic system, it was found
that there was a little leakage in the hydraulic flow control valves on the oil
cylinder, which was caused by the valve hole accuracy of the hydraulic flow
control valves exceeding 1.0μm. The boss asked Danielisadora to solve the
problem quickly, because it will miss the exhibition period after 50 days.
According to the feedback of the original manufacturer of hydraulic flow
control valves, he has no ability to meet the accuracy standard of the 1.0μm
valve hole now and has to give up. Danielisadora was helpless. 1 week passed,
no manufacturer is willing to try the order of hydraulic flow control valves.
The boss had pushed the progress twice, and Danielisadora was under great
pressure.

Danielisadora sent me an email and urgently needed 20 non-standard customized
hydraulic flow control valves with the accuracy of 1.0μm valve hole. He said
that the SUN hydraulic valves shipped by AAK have never been complained about
its accuracy. Frankly speaking, the 1.0μm valve hole accuracy of hydraulic
flow control valves is not too difficult for AAK. After 30 days, 20 high-
precision hydraulic flow control valves were delivered. Half a month later,
Danielisadora informed that AAK hydraulic flow control valves were installed on
the equipment, and the equipment abnormality happened last time was solved. Now
the equipment commissioning was successful, and the valve hole accuracy of AAK
hydraulic flow control valves was all 0.8μm, while the other hydraulic valve
manufacturers connect meet the accuracy standard of even 1.0μm.

AAK has owned a high-precision honing machine imported from Switzerland as
early as 3 years ago, and is equipped with HDK diamond reamer. This reamer is
especially skilled in high precision. The roundness of the front and rear guide
is 0.005mm, the cylindricity is 0.005mm/100mm, and the roughness of the front
guide is Ra0.63μm. Roughness of rear guide excircle Ra0.16μm. The coaxiality
between the tool handle and the front and rear guide parts reaches 0.015mm;
Therefore, the aperture accuracy of the machined workpiece can be guaranteed to
be within 0.8μm, the surface roughness of reaming the aperture of hydraulic
flow control valves can reach Ra0.2. A few hydraulic valve manufacturers may
have high-end processing equipment, but for those with HDK diamond reamers,
there will never be a third one in Ningbo.

Danielisadora privately informed that the boss now attaches great importance to
him, and he is responsible for all the purchases with some difficulties. AAK

cartridge valves.
