AAK Hydraulic Flow Control Valve No impurities No Stuck

Akyol is from Turkey, a very competitive market for hydraulic flow control
valves. Akyol was very upset about a batch of hydraulic flow control valves
purchased from Ningbo China in the second half of last year. The customer
complained that there were debris and impurities in the space between the
hydraulic flow control valve body and valve spool, causing the hydraulic flow
control valve to intermittently jam. The manufacturer of the original hydraulic

received a re-order of 600 pcs for the same hydraulic flow control valve. I
believe that after going through this round trip, Akyol will continue to place
orders with similar hydraulic flow control valves at AAK.

impurities, stuck, unstable flow rate, or having a service life of less than 6

projectors are used to check and eliminate hidden problems before assembly.

3.Before shipment, each hydraulic flow control valve needs to go through AAK
updated test bench for flow and pressure testing. If there are any
abnormalities, it will automatically remind and eliminate human errors, while
the vast majority of hydraulic flow control valve manufacturers just rely on
the experience of testing personnel to make judgments.
