AAK Hydraulic Flow Control Cartridge Valve Multi-Function

Esmaeel is from Iran. He is an interesting friend. If he doesn't have an order,
he won't come to me, unless when he was in trouble. In the second half of last
year, Esmaeel asked me to customize a hydraulic flow control cartridge valve as
soon as possible. After communication, we learned that the test of their
hydraulic pile driver was not smooth and the response was very slow. Their
engineer judged that the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve was not
awesome, which was customized by a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer in
India. The manufacturer said that the system flow was too large, resulting in
the slow response of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve. The engineer
was not satisfied with the original manufacturer and asked to replace the
supplier. I asked him why he didn't contact AAK to customize this hydraulic
flow control cartridge valve at the beginning. Esmaeel explained that this
Indian cartridge valve manufacturer was designated by his customer, because
this factory has ready-made procedures, which greatly shortened the development
time.

According to his hydraulic system schematic diagram and the original hydraulic
flow control cartridge valve drawing, after internal discussion, I told him
that the functions of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve from this
Indian cartridge valve manufacturer are not suitable for their equipment and
it must be innovated. If AAK plan works out smoothly, we can finish samples
within 45 days. 2 weeks after sending the sample of hydraulic flow control
cartridge valve, Esmaeel told me that the pile driver test was successful, and
let me wait for his good news.

Today, I received the PO for 160 hydraulic flow control cartridge valves, and
can't wait to share the innovative functions of our hydraulic flow control
cartridge valves with you. AAK hydraulic flow control cartridge valve can
realize large flow connection and fast response, here is what we do.

1. The valve spool and sleeve of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve are
of three-section type. The outer wall of each section of the valve spool is
processed with convex steps. The cross-sectional area of the inner cavity of
the three-section valve sleeve increases in turn. The axial through-hole of the
valve sleeve penetrates from the lower end to the upper end. Each section of
valve sleeve is provided with a plurality of radial oil ports, which are
connected with the oil passage cavity.

2. The valve spool is sleeved in the axial through-hole of the valve sleeve,
and the valve spool guide is arranged in the guide cavity. The valve sleeve is
located in the control cover plate, which has 3 oil passages. One end of the
return spring is connected with the control cover plate, the other end is
connected with the second spool, and the oil passage cavity is connected with
the return spring cavity.

3. There are 3 seals in the guide sleeve of the valve spool, and there is no
leakage in the cavity.

The optimized hydraulic flow control cartridge valve has 2 function positions.
The flow capacity of the first function position is less than the flow capacity
of the second function position. The two-way pressure control is adopted, and
the response speed is fast. The hydraulic flow control cartridge valve can be
controlled with less pressure oil. The flow difference in the system does not
affect the response of the hydraulic flow control cartridge valve.
