AAK Hydraulic Directional Control Valve High Durability Spool

When I arrived at the office yesterday morning, an international parcel from
Turkey arrived. It was sent by Colin. This guy didn't inform us in advance when
he sent samples every time. I opened the package and found two hydraulic
directional control valves, one complete and the other dissected. This is not
the hydraulic directional control valve we shipped. After he goes to work, I

processing accuracy, our engineer agreed that a service life of 8 months is
indeed normal. Colin
quickly understood what we meant, and immediately asked, what material will AAK
use to produce hydraulic directional control valve spool? Can the service life
of the valve spool be more than 1 year? I appreciate his quick response and
responded with a smile: as long as the material selection and processing of the
valve spool are in place, the service life of the hydraulic directional control
valve spool will be worry free for more than 1 year.

it more durable, even under high pressure and high frequency conditions, it is
also safe. The corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, and durable silicon nitride
(Si3N4) ceramic ball valve spool is the most suitable for this hydraulic
directional control valve. Although the cost of the valve spool is more than 3
times higher, AAK would rather spend more costs and reduce profits to ensure
the service life of the hydraulic directional control valve. The customer has
no complaint, in fact, AAK has also made a profit, because there are more re-
orders.
