AAK Hydraulic Directional Control Cartridge Valve 2-Stage Unloading

Arda, from Turkey, has been purchasing hydraulic cartridge valves from China
for 2 years smoothly. However, Arda has encountered difficulties in a hydraulic
directional control cartridge valve. Last August, their company developed a
mining hydraulic support, which requires hydraulic directional control
cartridge valve. Arda purchased it from an old hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer. The system impact was large during the equipment commissioning.
After the engineer optimized the hydraulic system, the hydraulic directional
control cartridge valve was required to have the secondary unloading function.
The original manufacturer said that this hydraulic directional control
cartridge valve is equivalent to a standard part of HydraForce, and the
HydraForce original one has this function neither. Arda contacted other
cartridge valve manufacturers, but no result.

Arda left a message on AAK website: Does AAK hydraulic directional control
cartridge valve have the secondary unloading function? Similar problem was
solved by AAK for a Russian customer last year, and we sent Arda the internal
structure diagram of the similar valve. Arda saw the hope and asked AAK to make
sample according to his drawing of the hydraulic directional control cartridge
valve. After 40 days, AAK sent 18 samples of hydraulic directional control
cartridge valves.

4 weeks after the samples of the hydraulic directional control cartridge valve
were sent, Arda informed us that their engineer was satisfied with AAK
hydraulic directional control cartridge valve, especially the secondary
unloading function, had solved their system impact well and the hydraulic
support was stable.

AAK hydraulic directional control cartridge valve has two-stage unloading
function, which divides the high-pressure liquid energy from the original
release into two releases, and the sealing is skilled. Such hydraulic

1. AAK hydraulic directional control cartridge valve is equipped with the first

reduce the hydraulic impact. The second stage unloading is the first valve
spool is fully opened, which can significantly expand the liquid flow channel,
so that the oil pressure is reduced.

2. The valve body of the hydraulic directional control cartridge valve is
provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet. The liquid inlet is connected
with the liquid storage chamber of the valve spool assembly through the first
liquid guide hole. The liquid outlet is internally connected with the first
valve spool of the valve spool assembly through the second liquid guide hole on
the valve sleeve. The end of the valve sleeve is provided with a second damping
hole, which connects the first valve spool with the connecting hole on the
valve body.

3. The valve body and valve spool assembly are sealed by multiple groups, and
the valve spool and valve seat are sealed by cone matching. When the hydraulic
directional control cartridge valve is supplying liquid in the forward
direction, the first valve spool is pushed away from the first valve seat to
establish a forward liquid flow channel. When the liquid supply is stopped, the
first valve spool is reset to block the liquid storage chamber and the second
liquid guide hole, thus realizing the sealing function.
