AAK Hydraulic Counterbalance Cartridge Valve not Affected by Back Pressure

Dorian is from a Greek hydraulic equipment company and is responsible for the

1. The middle section of the hydraulic counterbalance cartridge valve spool is
provided with an inner concave ring, which is also the valve inlet. The right
end of the inner concave ring has a cone, on which there is a two-stage stepped
taper ring. The cumulative area of the cone is the same as the area of the
cylinder end face at the right end of the counterbalance cartridge valve spool.
This not only challenges the selection of design data, but also challenges the
processing settings and processing technology.

2. The cylindrical end face at the right end of the hydraulic counterbalance
cartridge valve spool is equipped with a balance adjusting spring. The
adjusting screw at the back end of the spring is sealed with the back end of
the counterbalance cartridge valve body, and controls the expansion and
contraction of the counterbalance adjusting spring.

3. Fixed damping is installed between the inlet of the automatic closing valve
and the pilot oil port. The hydraulic automatic closing valve is used in
parallel with the adjustable flow valve to compensate the pressure without
being affected by the back pressure.
