1. Drill and fixture: long drill to be matched from hardness, heat resistance
and impact toughness. When the clamping method of one clamp and one top is
adopted, the elastic movable center is also used to compensate the thermal
deformation and elongation, so that the elongated shaft can be freely extended
after being heated to avoid thermal deformation.

2. Cutting amount and cutting fluid: according to the length diameter ratio,
the drilling amount is reasonably selected. This is a skill. During cutting,
the cutting fluid shall be poured sufficiently to suppress the rise of the
working temperature and thus the thermal deformation.

3. The tool shall be kept sharp and the tool changing frequency shall be
increased to 3 times. It can effectively reduce the friction heat between the
tool and the workpiece, and control the thermal deformation from the source.

This morning, I received the PO for this hydraulic check valve from Andrew. He
told me that although the customer complained that their quotation was slow,
they were the fastest and the only supplier of the sample success at only one
time.
