AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Testing Equipment 1 for 5

Mablevi is from Turkey. In early November, he left a message on the
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK website: Can you deliver 200 pcs
of hydraulic pressure control valves within 20 days, equivalent to
HydraForce RV08-22? After communication, it was learned that Mablevi
encountered delivery issue with RV08-22 purchased from other hydraulic
cartridge valve manufacturers and had to repurchase it. Mablevi requires
each hydraulic pressure control valve to be tested on a test bench. After 3
days of sourcing, no hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer was able to
accept the order because testing was time-consuming. Mablevi was very
anxious.

Mablevi requires 100% inspection and pays close attention to quality. This
is the type of customers we like. I felt Mablevi's urgency, and after
communicating with the workshop, it was found that there was enough time in
the production process. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers should
be able to produce 200 pcs of RV08-22 hydraulic pressure control valves in
20 days, but do not have enough time for testing. In the testing stage, AAK

5 years ago, we upgraded our testing bench. From testing one hydraulic
pressure control valve in the past, we can now test 5 hydraulic pressure
control valves at once. This testing bench has 5 independent testing oil
circuits that do not interfere with each other, and can be tested together.
Mablevi specifically reminded us that each hydraulic pressure control valve
must be tested. I took a video of our quality inspection department testing
solenoid valves on site and showed it to Mablevi. From the video, we can see
how hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK can test 5 solenoid valves at
once. Similarly, this test bench can also be used to test the hydraulic
pressure control valves required by Mablevi. The QC in our quality control
department sequentially installs 5 valves into the valve blocks, tightens
them, and then puts the matching coils onto the magnetic housing, tightens
the top nut, and connects the coils to the wiring port of the test bench. QC
starts the test bench. During the opening stage, each pressure gauge on the
test bench displays pressure data. The key of this process is that QC needs
to close and activate the oil inlet control button at least 3 times to avoid
blind spots, and any abnormal flow and pressure pointer mismatch.

Today, we received the PO for 200 pcs of RV08-22 hydraulic pressure control
valves from Mablevi. This is the first time Mablevi has placed an order with
