AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Spool Upgraded Automatic Processing

Last week, the video I sent to Frank about how hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer AAK processes the valve spool of hydraulic cartridge flow
control valves using a centerless grinder was not approved by him, which
made me very disappointed and also helped me understand the requirements of
German customers for automated production. Frank from Germany needs to
develop a hydraulic flow control valve, but there is a requirement for the
accuracy of the valve spool, which requires centerless grinding equipment
for precision machining.

Frank learned that hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK has this
equipment, so he asked me to take a video of the work for his reference. The
next day, Frank said, "Why does it still need a person to assist in
completing it?"? I realized that Frank rejected the hydraulic cartridge

manufacturer AAK. Although there is no chance for the hydraulic flow control
valve this time, Frank, a customer who is meticulous, will definitely return
to AAK.

3 days later, I said to Frank, ‘thank you for your reminder. The mechanical
arm plan for automatic material retrieval and feeding equipped for the
centerless grinder is already in place. It is expected that in 3 months, I
will provide a video of the fully automatic centerless grinder processing
the hydraulic flow control valve spool. At the same time, I will also send
you some previously unmanned fully automatic processing processes’.

Let's go back to last week's video to Frank that using a centerless grinder
to process the spool of a hydraulic flow control valve. This CNC centerless
grinder is equipped with an automatic conveyor belt. The operator only needs
to place the rough machined valve spool on the conveyor belt, and the valve
spool is sequentially fed into the grinding area. After one machining is
completed, it is automatically placed in the next one. The grinding wheel
adopts diamond grinding wheel, which provides a basis for the stable
accuracy of the valve spool due to its hardness and wear resistance. The
control system of the centerless grinder is stable, with no faults during
long-term processing, and the stability of grinding provides assurance for
the accuracy and stability of the valve spool.

Thanks to Frank's advice again. In fact, the more requirements customers
have for you, the more they hope you will grow until you meet the
qualifications of their preferred supplier. I like this type of customers.
