AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Spool High Accuracy and Stability

Hogan is from Germany. In the past year, he has made 3 purchases from
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK. Recently, Hogan emailed us to
ask if AAK can customize a hydraulic directional cartridge valve with spool
accuracy within 2μm. The 2μm valve spool should not be difficult. I don't
think the problem will be so simple, and didn't agree rashly. After further
investigation, it was found that the hydraulic direction cartridge valve
produced by the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer had no
problem to meet the spool accuracy during sample testing period. However,
there was an accuracy deviation in the shipment of 360 pcs of hydraulic
directional cartridge valves, which means a problem with the quality
stability of the original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer. The boss
was not satisfied with his purchase this time, which put a lot of pressure
on Hogan.

According to the hydraulic directional cartridge valve drawing sent by
Hogan, the valve spool is smaller than the conventional one. 5 days later,
we also received samples of hydraulic directional cartridge valves from the
original manufacturer. Excluding the single problem of unstable precision of
the valve spool, the overall manufacturing quality is actually good, whether
material selection or appearance, which also indicates that Hogan is
professional in choosing a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer.

According to Hogan's understanding of the original hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer, their precision machining equipment is not inferior. I think
the reason is that the positioning is not precise enough, which requires the
experience of technicians. We have also stumbled in this area before. So we
found a way to eliminate manual involvement and upgraded the automatic CNC
cylindrical grinder from Japan. From picking up, placing, to positioning, we
relied on computer program control to avoid human errors. Hogan asked us to
shoot a video of this fully automatic equipment to compare with the
processing production line of the original hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer for the hydraulic directional cartridge valve spool.

From the video, we can see that the fully automatic CNC cylindrical grinding
machine imported from Japan adopts the unique high rigidity dynamic pressure
bearing of Tsugami, which has strong stability and high precision. The V-
flat guide surface structure ensures the stability of the hydraulic
direction cartridge valve spool accuracy in the precision machining process.
As long as the positioning of the valve spool is accurate before machining,
there will be no problem for the accuracy to be stable and within 2μm. How
does AAK avoid human error in valve spool positioning? Hydraulic cartridge
valve manufacturer AAK equipped this equipment with a dedicated fully
automatic robotic arm, which is integrated into the same system as the
grinding machine. After the equipment is started, the fully automatic
robotic arm starts working first, automatically clamping the valve spool and
feeding it into the fixture. The valve spool is automatically clamped and
precision machining begins. After processing, the robotic arm clamps out the
valve spool. The entire production process does not require the involvement
of technicians.

3 days after Hogan received our video, he directly sent the PO for 360 pcs
of hydraulic directional cartridge valves that had problems with the
original hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer.
