AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Valve Manufacturer always wear seat belt

Recently, a new customer of hydraulic cartridge valves from the United States
arranged for a QC in their Shanghai office to stay at AAK hydraulic cartridge
valve manufacturer workshop for 2 weeks to monitor the sampling process of
their new hydraulic cartridge valves. At the beginning, I suggested that there
was no need to do so. Going to the cartridge valve manufacturer workshop and
staying there for 2 weeks, would not only waste his money and time, but also
make the cartridge valve manufacturer's engineers uncomfortable. But the
customer doesn't think so and has to arrange someone to come over and monitor
the process. Has he ever suffered losses from other hydraulic cartridge valve

2 weeks later, this QC is ready to go back. I had a conversation with him and
asked him to talk about his feelings during the past 2 weeks monitoring the
sampling process at the AAK hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer workshop. He
just said, "Except for engineers who sometimes don't accept my opinions,
everything else, whether I am present or not, is strictly carried out according
to the integrated hydraulic cartridge valve sample sheet and processing
drawings.”

belt?” The master asked him again: Would you wear your seat belt without
police supervision? The person remained silent for a moment. At this moment,
Master Xingyun said another sentence: If you wear your seat belt for your own
safety, what does it have to do with whether the police are present? I practice
to give myself peace of mind. What does it matter if someone is around or not?

The core of this small story lies in a huge difference between voluntary and
passive. Excellent engineers of AAK hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer work
voluntarily and do not need to be supervised, but the engineers from most of
the hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers need to wait for tasks and customer
drawings. This QC mentioned that it is not the first time he has followed the

first time he has experienced it at AAK.
