AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve Multifunctional and Agile

Kaniel is from a hydraulic equipment company in Brazil. At the beginning of
this year, their customer wanted to customize an automatic small excavator and
needed to purchase a hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve. Kaniel
found a local hydraulic cartridge relief valve manufacturer for samples, and
the equipment commissioning was smooth. After 1 month of use, the customer felt
that the hydraulic system was lagging behind and needed to be optimized. The
engineer asked Kaniel to communicate with the supplier, but there was no
solution. Kaniel also contacted more than 10 hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturers, but it was fruitless. Kaniel was worried.

Kaniel noticed AAK website on Google and left a message: Can you optimize the
hydraulic cartridge direct acting relief valve to improve the lag of the
hydraulic system? After the communication based on his system schematic
diagram, combined with the original hydraulic cartridge relief valve sample
anatomy, AAK engineers found the problem. By optimizing the structure and
adjusting the functions of the hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve,
and integrating the piston chamber, piston and one-way valve in the hydraulic
system into the hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve, customers'
complaints may be resolved. Kaniel paid the development cost with some doubts
and waited for AAK's samples. After 50 days, AAK sent 8 samples of hydraulic
direct acting cartridge relief valve.

Yesterday, Kaniel informed us by email that the customer has been using the
excavator for 3 months, but the original system is no longer sluggish. The next
step is to place the annual order. I was asked to make production planning in
the workshop in advance. I felt that there would be a big order for the
hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve. AAK engineer optimized the
original hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve from 3 aspects.

1. The front end of the main valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge relief
valve is equipped with a one-way valve spool, a one-way valve spring and a
spring seat. The one-way valve spool is provided with a damping hole. The main
valve spool and the main valve spool guide cage are put into the lower valve
cage, and the main valve spool spring and adjusting gasket are installed
between them. The upper valve cage is connected with the lower valve cage, and
the main valve spool guide cage is limited.

2. The lower valve cage of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve is provided
with a front pressure port and two side pressure ports. Under the action of the
main valve spool spring, the pressure port at the front end of the main valve
spool forms a poppet seal.

3. The upper valve cage of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve is equipped
with a piston. The screw plug blocks the end of the upper valve cage. The
piston forms a piston cavity with the upper valve cage, the main valve spool
guide cage, the main valve spool and the one-way valve spool.

The optimized structure of the hydraulic direct acting cartridge relief valve
realizes the control of secondary pressure at the same oil port, and also
realizes the integration of piston chamber, piston and one-way valve. The
system has a compact structure, simplified oil circuit and quick response.
