AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve Benchmarking HAWE

Rex is a hydraulic valve wholesaler in Turkey. At the beginning of last year,
their customer complained that the hydraulic cartridge relief valve, which has
been used for less than 6 months, was stuck or worn, resulting in equipment

for 1 year. In terms of material selection and material heat treatment, we
follow the standards of HAWE, because AAK has engineer who has worked in HAWE
for 13 years. At the same time, we have made 3 optimizations in the internal
structure to challenge the high pressure. The optimized hydraulic cartridge
relief valve has a buffering effect on the oil to avoid the impact of high
pressure on the valve interior, reduce wear and avoid jamming, and has a 1 year
of service life, which has been proved many times.

1. The hydraulic cartridge relief valve has an oil storage chamber and a buffer
device inside the valve body, an adjusting nut outside the valve body, an
adjusting screw cylinder inside, and a limit cavity, limit column, and a
movable adjusting plate inside the adjusting screw cylinder. The screw
connection between the adjusting screw barrel and the adjusting nut runs
through the inside of the oil storage chamber.

2. The hydraulic cartridge relief valve has a built-in pressure regulating
spring, one end is connected with a movable regulating plate, and the other end
is connected with a piston.

3. The valve sleeve and threaded connection sleeve adopt the middle floating
connection mode to avoid jamming.
