2. Special heat treatment: the regulating screw is first heated to 810 ℃,
isothermal annealed to 720 ℃, then air cooled, then oil quenched at 860 ℃,
then carbonitriding at 830 ℃ for 3 hours, oil quenched, cryogenic treated at -
60 ℃ to - 70 ℃, finally tempered at 150 ℃ to 60 ℃, then air cooled, and
finally the hardness can reach HRC67. General manufacturers cannot master the
details of this heat treatment. Targeted geothermal treatment: the regulating
screw is first heated to 810 ℃, isothermal annealed to 720 ℃, then air
cooled, then oil quenched at 860 ℃, then carbonitriding at 830 ℃ for 3 hours,
oil quenched, cryogenic treated at - 60 ℃ to - 70 ℃, finally tempered at 150
℃ to 60 ℃, then air cooled, and finally the hardness can reach HRC67. General
factories cannot master the details of this heat treatment.

3. Special testing: each adjusting screw is tested with a Rockwell hardness
tester, and the hardness reaches the standard for 100%.

Today, Dolly told me privately that his promotion to be a purchasing manager
has been hold for more than a month. The boss officially promoted him today,
