AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve 2 Years of Service Life

Pancrazio is from a hydraulic equipment company in Italy. In recent years, his
purchase of hydraulic valves in China has been smooth. Recently, he was trapped

Pancrazio saw in Google that AAK released a series of 450bar pressure resistant
hydraulic cartridge valves and left a message asking: How long is the service
life of AAK's 450bar pressure resistant hydraulic cartridge relief valve? There
are similar messages every day. I only answered "The price of AAK hydraulic
cartridge relief valve is 20% higher, but its service life is twice that of the
peers". In the afternoon of the same day, I received the drawings of the
hydraulic cartridge relief valve and the pictures of the original
manufacturer's hydraulic cartridge relief valves from Pancrazio. He emphasized
the requirements of the 450bar pressure resistance and the service life of 2
years. Our engineer is a little surprised that the original manufacturer's
hydraulic relief valves will be abnormal in 6 months. After a careful look at

After 45 days, AAK sent 50 hydraulic cartridge relief valves to replace the
ones on those abnormal equipments. Last week, Pancrazio emailed us that AAK

year, there was any complaint about unstable pressure supply. Their engineers
realized that AAK had directly modified the design of the original hydraulic
cartridge relief valve, and they admired our minds. I told him that if there
was no accident, in 24 months, there would be no repair report for AAK

This hydraulic cartridge relief valve, hydraulic system and working conditions

1. We open a large round hole in the center of the upper part of the valve
cover, and the valve spool reaches the valve cage through the large round hole
and is installed in the inner cavity of the valve cage. This is the change of
the appearance.

2. Enlarge the valve spool diameter and valve cage inner diameter in the same
proportion, increase the valve spool stroke, increase the oil flow, and make
the system oil more stable, which is helpful to the performance.

3. The area around the oil outlet of the valve cage is designed to be convex,
and the high-pressure oil flows out through the outlet of the valve cage, which
has a buffer, which is more resistant to high pressure and has better
performance.

The price of AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve is 20% more expensive, but
