AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Relief Valve 2-Stage Buffering Function

Osborne, from Iran, sent us a PO for 500 hydraulic cartridge relief valves
today. I was not surprised by this repeat order, because at the time of
inquiry, he said that as long as the quality was stable, he would repeat the
order twice a year. In the second half of last year, their hydraulic pump
needed hydraulic cartridge relief valve. He tried samples from 2 overseas
hydraulic cartridge relief valve manufacturers, but the buffering function of
the hydraulic cartridge relief valve was ordinary, which affected the operation
of the equipment. Osborne contacted other cartridge valve manufacturers, but
failed.

I also don't know how Osborne found AAK hydraulic cartridge valve. AAK had no
customers in Iran before. He left a message on the AAK website: please provide
me your address, I would send you a sample to copy, and the buffering function
of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve must be met. After receiving his
hydraulic cartridge relief valve sample, according to his hydraulic system
schematic diagram, and the video of equipment commissioning, after discussion
of AAK engineers, a plan was worked out. After 45 days, AAK sent 5 samples of
hydraulic cartridge relief valve. 2 weeks later, Osborne sent us an email to
inform that the buffer function of AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve met
their equipment requirements. The first order of 500 hydraulic cartridge relief
valves was also attached. After confirming the delivery date, the full payment
was made the next day. The Iranian customer was so refreshing and efficient,
which is out of my expectation.

The two-stage buffer of AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve can eliminate the
pressure pulse of the hydraulic system and improve the service life of the
equipment by at least 20%. The optimized hydraulic cartridge relief valve, when
the pressure at the oil inlet reaches the first or second pressure, the two
buffer pistons can act successively to realize the opening or closing of the
hydraulic cartridge relief valve, absorb the pressure pulse at the oil inlet,
and eliminate the system pressure impact. Here is the structure innovation of
the hydraulic cartridge relief valve that AAK works out:

1. A sliding valve spool is arranged in the valve body cavity of the hydraulic
cartridge relief valve. The left end of the valve rod is sleeved with a two-
stage buffer piston, and the valve rod is equipped with a compression spring.
One end of the compression spring is matched with the valve spool, and the
other end is connected with the secondary buffer piston, and the sliding rod of
the secondary buffer piston is set with the primary buffer piston.

2. The left port of the valve body is equipped with a plug, which forms a two-
stage buffer cavity between the plug and the two-stage buffer piston. The two-
stage buffer cavity is connected with the oil inlet through the two-stage
buffer orifice and the valve spool orifice.

3. The outer peripheral surface of the valve spool head and the peripheral
surface of the valve stem cavity are in sliding coordination. The front end is
equipped with a cone sealing head. The valve body oil drain port is connected
with the sealing cavity where the compression spring is located, and the oil
outlet is connected with the cavity where the cone sealing head is located.
