AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Pressure Control Valve 450bar 2 times Service Life

Gallagher is from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Brazil. His
purchase has been smooth, but a hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve

According to the hydraulic system schematic diagram and the original production
drawing of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve, AAK engineers found
that the pressure relief method has a great impact on the valve, will consume
the valve life, and is easy to leak. Gallagher asked AAK to make samples. After
35 days, AAK delivered 30 hydraulic cartridge pressure control valves.

The pressure relief mode of this hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve, is
optimized from the following 3 points:

1. The valve body of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve is divided
into the upper valve body and the lower valve body, and then sealed and
fastened with bolts to form the valve body. One end of the valve hole of the
upper valve body is used as the pressure fluid inlet, and one end of the valve
hole of the lower valve body is used as the pressure fluid outlet.

2. The valve hole of the upper valve body is close to the contact surface of
the upper and lower valve bodies to form a variable diameter hole section
larger than the diameter of the valve hole, and a sealing ball is set in it.
The sealing ball is located on the valve hole port of the lower valve body. The
sealing ball and the valve hole port of the lower valve body form a sealing
pair. The upper part of the sealing ball is a return spring located in the
variable diameter hole section.

3. The valve hole on the lower valve body is a folded hole composed of a
vertical section and a horizontal section. The lower bottom surface of the
lower valve body is provided with a control hole which is connected with the
vertical section of the folded hole and coincides with the axis.

The optimized hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve, when the piston rod
of the hydraulic cylinder rises, the piston rod lifts the sealing ball, and the
valve is in the state of pressure relief. The pressure relief medium flows out
from the pressure fluid inlet along the valve hole through the spring, sealing
ball, and pressure oil outlet to realize pressure relief. When the piston rod
moves down, the sealing ball moves down to form a seal with the valve hole port
of the lower valve body and stop pressure relief. This pressure relief method
is conducive to the service life of hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve,
which is guaranteed for 1 year.
