AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Pressure Control Valve 2 Times long Service Life

Brighton is from Brazil and has cooperated with AAK for 3 years. Most of the
orders are for non-standard customized hydraulic cartridge valves. At the
beginning of this year, he inquired about a hydraulic cartridge pressure
control valve of HydraForce standard parts, and advised that AAK price was 20%
higher, then no further updates. I guessed either he didn't get the order, or
he gave it to another hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve manufacturer,
and I didn't follow up for the status.

In October, Brighton sent an email to inquire about this hydraulic cartridge
pressure control valve again. After communication, I learned that Brighton
chose a hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer that was 20% cheaper than AAK to
place the order at the beginning of the year. However, more than 8 months

service, which made Brighton embarrassed and regretted being greedy for cheap.
Brighton returned to AAK, and requested the valve service life to be no less
than 16-24 months. I joked that, during the 3 years of cooperation with AAK,

year? It is a fact that AAK hydraulic cartridge pressure valve is 20% more
expensive, but its service life is twice that of its peers.

After 1 week, Brighton sent the PO for 360 hydraulic cartridge pressure control
valves, and specifically mentioned that his boss was interested in the service
life of AAK hydraulic cartridge pressure valve being twice that of peers, not
that the price was 20% higher than that of the original manufacturer. I told
him that the price of AAK hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve was 20%
higher, not only because the raw materials and accessories were 1-2 grades
better than those used by peers, but also the heat treatment of metal parts was
great, and special components used AAK personalized heat treatment process. The
heat treatment process is carried out under vacuum, including quenching,
annealing, tempering, carburizing and nitriding. This heat treatment process
has 3 advantages:

1. When heated under vacuum, the metal elements will not be oxidized,
decarburized or carburized, the surface finish will be improved by at least
30%, and the strength of steel parts will also be improved, making them more
wear-resistant.

2. Under vacuum heating, the hydrogen in the metal is rapidly reduced to the
minimum, eliminating hydrogen embrittlement, improving the plasticity,
toughness and fatigue strength of steel, and the overall mechanical properties
of the components are more conducive to the life of the hydraulic cartridge
pressure control valve.

3. The furnace is heated by thermal radiation, the temperature difference
between inside and outside is small, and the quenching under vacuum ensures
that the hardness of each element is consistent, which is also conducive to the
service life of the hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve.

AAK hydraulic cartridge pressure control valve is 20% more expensive, but its
