AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Needle Valve 2 Features

Melanton is from Mexico, and has cooperated with AAK for 3 years. Some time
ago, the commissioning of their new paper cutter was not smooth, because of the
hydraulic cartridge needle valve in the hydraulic system. After communication,
it was learned that in order to catch the time, this hydraulic cartridge needle
valve is customized by a local hydraulic cartridge needle valve manufacturer
who has cooperated with them for 5 years in Mexico. When the liquid in the
hydraulic system flows in reverse direction, the reverse flow resistance is
large, resulting in slow operation of the equipment. After the original
manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve improved twice, it still
failed.

According to the hydraulic schematic diagram, the drawing of hydraulic
cartridge needle valve, and paper cutter equipment working video, I told him
that the reverse flow resistance of the hydraulic system increased, probably
due to the limited opening or not opening of the oil port, and the hidden
danger of flow. On the third day, he sent me 3 samples of the original
hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer, and asked me to improve based on the
original samples. After 45 days, AAK sent 15 samples of hydraulic cartridge
needle valves.

3 weeks later, Melanton informed us by email that the paper cutter equipped
with AAK hydraulic cartridge needle valve was fast and stable. AAK hydraulic
cartridge needle valve can effectively reduce the resistance of liquid reverse
flow, the key is due to the 3 unique structures:

1. The side wall of the hydraulic cartridge needle valve body is provided with
an oil inlet and an oil outlet which are connected with the inner chamber. The
compression spring in the inner chamber is installed on the valve spool, and
the head of the valve spool is in the shape of a conical table. One end of the
compression spring is connected to the head of the valve spool, and the other
end is connected to the plug at the end of the inner cavity.

2. The head of the valve spool is blocked between the oil inlet and the oil
outlet. There is a valve rod near the oil inlet. The end of the valve rod
extends into the inner cavity of the valve body and is connected to the head of
the valve element. The outer end of the valve rod is connected with a hand
knob. Turning the hand knob can adjust the relative position of the valve spool
and the valve body, and can change the flow.

3. The contact surface between plug and valve spool is provided with a circular
groove, and the valve spool can be buttressed in the groove. When the oil flows
in reverse direction, the valve oil port automatically opens to reduce the
liquid resistance.

The optimized AAK hydraulic cartridge needle valve, when the oil flows in
reverse direction, the valve spool will open the oil port under the action of
the compression spring, and the reverse direction will be immediately opened to
make the liquid flow back, not only the liquid flow resistance is small, but
also the flow is stable. It ensures that the paper cutter runs fast and stably.
