AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Flow Control Valve, High Precision & Efficiency

The supplier who has cooperated for 3 years has failed to test the hydraulic

After 20 days, the samples of hydraulic cartridge flow control valve were sent
successfully 2 weeks later, Brand informed that the surface roughness and
cylindricity of the inner hole of the AAK hydraulic cartridge flow control
valve and the accuracy parameters not only met the standard, but also improved
by more than 10% compared with their original requirements. What's more
surprising is that the overall operating efficiency of the system was also
improved from 5% to 10% when the AAK hydraulic cartridge flow control valve was
installed, which surprised their engineers.

traditional cutting method, uses rollers to roll the metal surface, flatten the

craftsman will be nearly 1% higher than that of grinding, which is why we can
reach Ra 0.15, and the cylindricity error is controlled within 0.003. After the
working face is hardened, the wear resistance and fatigue strength are
increased, which is also the advantage and feature of this process, but it
requires experience to master it skillfully.
