AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Directional Control Valve Unique Processing Skills

The cylindricity of the valve hole of the hydraulic cartridge directional
control valve is 0.002mm, and the roughness is Ra0.05. The supplier who has
cooperated for 3 years gave up 2 weeks after receiving the order. After AAK
took over, the precision of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve
was constantly challenged from 3 aspects. After processing, the cylindricity
was less than 0.001 mm, the roughness was Ra 0.04, and the consistency of

Santiago is from a hydraulic equipment manufacturing company in Brazil. In
January this year, their company needed a batch of hydraulic power units with
high requirements, which also had high requirements for hydraulic cartridge
directional control valves, especially the valve hole cylindricity below
0.002mm and roughness Ra0.05. Santiago chose a hydraulic cartridge valve

original manufacturer was not helpful. I told him that for hydraulic cartridge
valves with similar accuracy, we had customized them and also supplied them to
Brazilian customers. Santiago seemed to see hope and sent a test order for 20
hydraulic cartridge directional control valves. After 40 days, AAK delivered
samples.

After receiving the samples, Santiago just advised us that the sample accuracy
met the requirements, and there was no further news. 3 months later, Santiago
suddenly sent us an order for 1000 hydraulic cartridge directional control
valves, and advised us that their customer was very satisfied with their
hydraulic power units. They successfully received a large order from customer.
They also stressed the importance of large goods, and should ensure that there
is no deviation in accuracy. AAK's machining of hydraulic cartridge directional
control valve holes with high precision requirements mainly comes from 3
points. Once determined, there is no deviation.

1. In the rough machining process, the high-precision machine tool in Japan and
the high-pressure internal cold drilling U-drill are used. The range of valve
hole diameter can be 13.5mm, and the hole straightness can be within 0.02mm.
General hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers do not have this kind of drill.

2. In the high-precision valve hole honing, the fixed size honing is adopted,
which does not expand or shrink during processing, and the size allowance can
be gradually removed in order. After processing, the cylindricity can be less
than 0.001 mm, the roughness Ra0.04, and the size consistency of each element
is within 0.001 mm.

3. For the machining of micro oil passage holes, micro hole EDM and micro hole
jet grinding are used to remove the burrs at the cross holes and effectively
improve the surface roughness of the inner holes. The hole diameter tolerance
after machining is 0.001mm and the ring belt coaxial is 0.001mm.
