AAK Hydraulic Cartridge Directional Control Valve Hole Accuracy with 0.8μm

Last week, Beardsley, a British customer, sent us an order for 600 hydraulic
cartridge directional control valves. This is the 3rd time that he reordered
this valve. AAK hydraulic cartridge directional control valve, with the valve
hole accuracy with 0.8μm and opening and closing within 1s, helped their
equipment sell well. Beardsley contacted more than 20 hydraulic valve
manufacturers before and after, but only AAK calmed his impatient heart.

At the beginning of last year, they developed a four column hydraulic press.
The main selling point is accurate positioning and stable control. Therefore,
they have strict requirements on the accuracy and opening and closing of the
hydraulic cartridge directional control valve. Beardsley firstly contacted
several old hydraulic valve suppliers. After learning the parameters, they all
gave up. More than 20 manufacturers of hydraulic cartridge directional control
valves have been communicated online and offline, and only 2 are willing to
sample. After 45 days, the valve hole accuracy of the hydraulic cartridge
directional control valve samples exceeds 1μm. 2 months passed, but the
manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve was still not
approved yet. Beardsley was worried.

Beardsley found AAK on Google and left a message on our website: for the
hydraulic cartridge directional control valve with valve hole precision of
0.8μm, how confident are you of success? After communication, it was learned
that the manufacturer of the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve had
not been approved after two rounds. According to the drawing of hydraulic
cartridge directional control valve provided by Beardsley, the valve hole

second, which is really a challenge. I dare not say 100% sure, but there is
still a 90% probability. Beardsley asked AAK to try the order first and was
willing to pay the development cost. After 40 days, AAK sent the samples of
hydraulic cartridge directional control valve. 3 weeks later, Beardsley told us
that after installing AAK hydraulic cartridge direction control valves, the
test run of the four column hydraulic machine was smooth, the positioning of
the equipment was accurate and the control was stable. His impatient heart
finally calmed down.

For the hydraulic cartridge directional control valve with valve hole accuracy

1. On the equipment, the German Gildemeister ultra high precision machine tool
is used for processing to ensure the accuracy of 0.5-0.8μm. For most hydraulic
valve manufacturers, the accuracy can only reach 1-3μm at most. AAK machining
accuracy is more than 3 times of theirs.

2. In terms of development, the valve hole accuracy can be customized, while
more than 95% of domestic hydraulic valve manufacturers just make the common
size of the industry. Not only is it difficult to choose the tool, but also the
customized processing challenges the engineers.

3. In terms of testing, we used the German Diatest high-precision small pore
diameter measuring instrument to test each valve hole, while most hydraulic
valve manufacturers conducted spot checks and did not have a targeted measuring
instrument.
