AAK Cartridge Relief Valve Optimized from HydraForce Std. Part

Cyrano, an experienced buyer of hydraulic cartridge valves from Greece,
encountered difficulties with a batch of hydraulic cartridge relief valves. At
the beginning of the year, they developed a hydraulic power unit and used a
hydraulic cartridge relief valve purchased from a hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer in Ningbo. During the commissioning of the hydraulic power unit,
the operation was not stable. Their engineer found that when the overflow flow
rate changes greatly, it is easy to cause a large change in the pressure at the
inlet of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve. The original manufacturer
reported that this hydraulic direct-acting relief valve is a standard part
benchmarking HydraForce, they should have their engineer to control the
system's overflow flow fluctuations, which embarrassed Cyrano.

Cyrano found AAK on Google and noticed that AAK has had multiple cases of
solving difficult and complex problems for customers. He emailed us to ask,
"How to improve the stability of HydraForce's standard hydraulic direct-acting
relief valve?". This question is too big to answer. After communication, it was
learned that he had encountered a problem matching the standard part of the
hydraulic cartridge relief valve with his equipment. The direction is clear,
but whether to choose to optimize A to match B or optimize B to match A, there
are only these 2 options.

AAK engineer asked if it is possible to replace the hydraulic direct acting
relief valve with a pilot operated relief valve? AAK can design according to
the working conditions. He paid the development fee the next day, and 40 days
later, AAK sent samples of the hydraulic cartridge relief valve. Last week,
Cyrano informed that after AAK hydraulic cartridge relief valve was installed
in the system, when the overflow flow changed significantly, the pressure at
the inlet of the hydraulic relief valve did not change much. Their engineers
were very happy and there would be no need to change the system.

AAK hydraulic pilot operated relief valve can replace HydraForce hydraulic
direct acting relief valve, which is actually very simple. The pilot valve and
the main valve are combined to form a whole. The pilot valve controls and
regulates the overflow pressure, and the main valve functions as an overflow
valve. The two ends of the main valve plug are subjected to oil pressure. The
main valve pressure spring is made of small stiffness material. When the
overflow flow rate changes greatly, the compression amount of the pressure
spring does not increase, and the pressure at the oil inlet is stable.

1. AAK hydraulic pilot operated relief valve is equipped with a first liquid
chamber and a cavity for installing the valve spool. The first liquid chamber
and the cavity are connected through a through hole. One end of the valve spool
is located in the through hole, and the other end is connected to a pressure
regulating device, which is fixed on the valve body.

2. The main valve seat is provided with an oil inlet and a return port, which
are connected to the oil return port. The plug plugs the oil inlet and return
ports through their ends and sides, respectively. The plug connects to the
valve body through a pressure spring, and the plug has a damping hole.

3. The pressure regulating device consists of a pressure regulating screw and a
spring. One end of the pressure regulating screw is connected to the spring,
and the other end of the pressure regulating screw is connected to the valve
body. The end face of the plug plugged into the oil inlet is a conical surface.
