AAK Cartridge Counterbalance Valve Dual Function

Dante is from a hydraulic manufacturing company in Greece. In the first half of
last year, they wanted to upgrade the lifting stability of the company's
original elevator. The function of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance
valve is the key. Dante made samples from a local hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturer that has been cooperating for 5 years. The stability has not
reached the assumption of upgrading. After 2 times of improvements, the effect
is still not obvious. Dante contacted more than 10 hydraulic cartridge valve
manufacturers, but failed after a week. The boss urged the progress many times,
and Dante was worried.

Dante found AAK on Google, noticed that AAK had some customer cases about
hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valves, and sent an email asking: Can AAK

positioning? After communication, we learned that they wanted to upgrade the
equipment, and the key selling points of the equipment is to be started quickly
and positioned steadily. According to the hydraulic system schematic diagram
and the original hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve drawing provided by
Dante, after discussion, AAK engineers confirmed that the original hydraulic
cartridge counterbalance valve can be optimized to achieve fast start and
stable positioning. After 45 days, AAK sent 10 samples of hydraulic cartridge
counterbalance valves.

 
2 months later, Dante sent an email saying that their engineers were satisfied
with the function of AAK hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve, which
realized their lift selling points. Their sales team was confident to do a good
job in market promotion and achieve the hot sale of equipment. AAK hydraulic
cartridge counterbalance valve can solve the contradiction between response
speed and stability, and has no back pressure effect. On the basis of the
original, it has made 3 unique optimizations:
 
1. A fixed damping is installed between the inlet of the hydraulic cartridge
counterbalance valve and the pilot oil port. The oil inlet of the valve body is
2 connecting ports of the oil circuit, and is equipped with a pressure gauge
interface.
 
2. The valve spool of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve slides in
the upper and middle part of the valve body. The middle section of the valve
spool has an inner concave ring, which is the inlet of the hydraulic cartridge
counterbalance valve. The right end of the inner concave ring of the valve
spool is processed into a conical surface. The conical surface is equipped with
a two-stage stepped taper ring. The cumulative area of the conical surface is
the same as the area of the cylinder end face at the right end of the valve
spool. The stepped taper is adopted to realize the smooth flow change and
smooth movement of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve.
 
3. The cylindrical outer circle at the right end of the valve spool of the
hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve slides with the middle hole of the
valve body. The adjusting screw is installed at the top pressure of the rear
end of the balance adjusting spring. The adjusting screw is matched with the
rear end of the valve body and controls the telescopic operation of the balance
adjusting spring.
 
The optimized hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve adopts the hydraulic
control automatic closing valve to realize the unity of quickness and stability
of the hydraulic cartridge counterbalance valve. At the same time, the pressure
compensation is used to make the safety overflow function of the hydraulic
cartridge counterbalance valve not affected by the back pressure. It can be
applied to the hydraulic system with closed center and open center.
