HVCH AZ02 Series is a slender but powerful electric water heater, whose
maximum power being up to 18KW. Unlike the AS series, the AZ02 series
doesn't need outgoing line. More convenient installation, more concise
structure. A special lead wire is used for Ground, the length could be
customized. If the customers need different voltage or power, please contact
customer service.



HVCH AZ02-Series could quickly, consistently,powerfully and reliably heat
the vehicle or battery interior. The compact device ensures a constantly
high heat output of 8kW-18kW and allows for flexible use in a power range of
350 to 870 Volts. HVCH AZ02-Series features infinitely variable heat output
control by means of an integral control unit. This takes place either by
regulating the water outlet temperature or by limiting the maximum heat
output or power consumption. Furthermore, it is CAN-capable and transmits
key operating data to the vehicle system using an intelligent diagnostic
function.

The protection system includes mechanical protection device and electronic
protection, which acts to shut the module down in reaction to a short
circuit, overload, or over-temperature condition. In addition, We add the
current fuse in the high voltage circuit.In addition to the temperature
sensor, there is also a mechanical temperature switch inside.



Ø Completely Separation of Water and Electricity

Water and electricity is completely separated.Different from other
manufacturers,we solve perfectly the contradiction between the heat
transmission efficiency with the Insulation requirement of DC 3500
V.Benefits from this technical improvement, our 870V (nominal voltage)
products have been mass produced and used in heavy dump trucks in 2021.



Ø PTC thermistor heater with self-controlled constant temperature.

PTC water coolant heater come with all advantages of the PTC heating
technology. Thanks to the PTC effect, the heating elements dynamically
adjust their power without exceeding a maximum temperature. High operational
