Brief introduction



This Model of filling machine is anew generation of viscous liquid filling machine
developed by our company according to the demands of liquid washing upgrading. This
machine uses piston and cylinder block sliding to match the material pumping and
pushing, and uses servo motor to control the position.Open and close solenoid valve
and gas control filling head valve to reach high-precision quantitative filling. It
can be used for liquid filling of daily chemical, food, pesticide, medicine and
other industries. It adopts PLC programmable control,equipped with 6-inch touch
screen human-machine interface system,photoelectric identification mobile
(tracking) system adopts module form, achieving the design concept of automatic
bottle in,automatic tracking, automatic filling, automatic bottle out, no bottle
with-out tracking and no filling,ensuring the high quality and long-lasting and
stable performance.
