Our factory is mainly forging press production of automobile forgings, so
according to the characteristics of our production process is mainly divided
into:

a.Roller forging die: general rod parts have this die, such as connecting rod

The upsetting die: This kind of die is mostly round cake parts

b. Pre-forging die: basically all forgings have this step, so the die always
exists;

c.Final forging die: each part must have this die, this is the final forming
die;

d. Cutting and punching die: in addition to closed forging, all forgings should
be edging, individual forgings need punching;

e. Correction mold: This mold is basically every forging will be used, because
there is deformation after heat treatment of forging
