According to the power of the furnace is divided into ordinary power, high power,
ultra-high power electric furnace.

Modern steelmaking electric furnace has widely adopted new technologies such as
water cooled furnace cover, water cooled furnace wall, conductive lateral arm and
eccentric bottom (EBT) tapping. With comprehensive energy utilization technology,
furnaces of carbon steel lance and furnace door cluster oxygen lance are used for
two times burning of CO in molten pool, making full use of chemical energy in flue
gas to reduce electricity consumption and build foamed slag; and using high
impedance technology to raise two When the secondary voltage is increased, the
electric power is relatively stable, the impact on the power grid is reduced, the
short network system current is smaller, the energy consumption and electrode
consumption are reduced, and the effective input of electric power is improved.

Function

1. Used for scrap melting, decarbonization, dephosphorization, desulfuration,
deoxygenation and molten steel heating etc, for melting steel of different grades
and components.

2. Partial hot metal charging or charging pig iron, sponge iron (DRI) and hot
briquetted iron (HBI).

3. Additional charging during the melting process and primary alloying process.

Characteristics
