4 side precision micron film applicator for tape casting

4-sided precision micron film applicator has 4 surfaces, and the coating thickness
of each surface has different film thickness. See Table 2 for details.This film
applicator has two kinds of width, one is 100mm wide, and the effective coating
width is 80mm. The other is a width of 190mm, the effective coating width is 160mm.

Features
1. Made of high quality stainless steel, more wear-resistant and corrosion-
resistant than the ordinary 304 stainless steel.
2. The film thickness is uniform, which is suitable for preparing paint film or
thick film.

Application
The film applicator is mainly used for coating even paint, adhesive and other
similar products on flat substrate; the four side film applicator can realize
diversified coating and can coating four different specifications of wet film with
high precision, which is mainly suitable for matching use with our doctor-blade
film coater.
