Product Usage
This product is used to detect new coronavirus (2019-nCoV) IgM/IgG antibodies
in human serum, plasma or whole blood
Used as a supplementary test indicator for suspected cases of new coronavirus
nucleic acid test negative or used in conjunction with nucleic acid testing in
the diagnosis of suspected cases

Inspection Steps
1. Preparation before experiment
Take out the reagent kit and sample to be tested, and return all reagents and
samples to room temperature.
2. Experimental Steps
① Open the test reagent package, take out the test card and lay it flat.
② Add 10μL samples to the sample hole of the test card. Then add 2 drops
(about 60μL) Sample buffer.
③ Reaction at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to observe the results, the
results displayed after 20 minutes are invalid.
④ Concise operating procedures
Open the package, take out the test paper, and place it horizontally
↓
Add 10μL of the sample to the sample hole of the test strip
↓
Add 2 drops (about 60μL) of sample buffer to the sample hole
↓React at room temperature for 10-15 minutes
Read the results with the naked eye

Diagram of the test results :
① Invalid result: there is no visible red line or only the test line (T line)
but no quality control line (C line), the test is invalid and the experiment
should be repeated.
② Negative result: a red quality control line (line C), indicating that there
is no antibody in the sample or the antibody is below the detection level.
③ Positive result: two red lines (one red quality control line and one of the
red test lines) or three red lines (one red quality control line and two red
test lines).
