1600ºC 5T Vacuum Rapid Heated Press Furnace
Rapid Heated Pressing (VRHP) Furnace upto 1600ºC & 5T with Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber
OTF-1700X-RHP4 is a Vacuum Rapid Heated Pressing Furnace (VRHP or RHP) designed for making dense pallets under vacuum or the protective gas environment. A 15 kW temperature controllable induction heater is integrated into the system, which provides sufficient power for rapidly heating the graphite pressing die up to 1700 ºC. The Induction coil is built inside of stainless steel vacuum chamber. An electric hydraulic press is inserted from the bottom of the chamber, providing up to 5 tons pressing force.

Automatic pressure controller ▶Induction Heater Working voltage: 380 VAC, 50/60 Hz, three phase. Working current: 40 A (with a 60 A breaker). Maximum oscillating power: 30 kW. Maximum input power: 15 kW. Output frequency: 30 ~ 80 kHz. Duty cycle: 80%. Max. Working Temperature : 1600 ℃ max duration time: < 30 min. Air cooling: fan. Protection: water pressure monitoring, high-temperature protection, and overpower protection. ▶Temp. Controller Working voltage: 208 ~ 240 VAC, single phase. Precision digital temperature controller with automatic PID tuning. Temperature profile that contains maximum 30 programmable segments to control heating, dwelling, and cooling. Overheating and pyrometer failure protection. Temperature accuracy: ± 10 ºC. B-type thermocouple. Continuous working temperature range: 1000 ~1700 ºC. Experimental maximum heating rate in vacuum (only for 0.5" inner diameter graphite pressing die; without any thermal block): ▶Processing chamber&Sealing Flange Stainless steel vacuum sealed chamber: 260 × 230 × 320 mm (OD × ID × L). Flanges on both ends of the chamber. Flanges have a tunnel for cooling water. Equipped with a KF-25D vacuum port, pressure gauge, 1/4" gas inlet port with stainless steel needle valve. The upper flange can be lifted by raising the lead screw which provides the easy access to retrieve the graphite die. Requires at least 55 liters per minute water flow. ▶Digital Pressure Gauge Maximum pressure display is upto 10 MPa. ▶High-Temperature Graphite Pressing Die Set Two built-in graphite supporting rods. One set of 0.5" (inner diameter) graphite die are included for immediate use. Made of high purity graphite by HIP processing, Max. Pressure for the die is 50 MPa, and Max. Load from the hydraulic press is dependent on die 's ID 0.5"ID Max. 0.5T 1.0 ID: Max. 3T ▶Dimensions 800 × 800 × 1300 mm (L × W × H). ▶Net Weight 350 kg. ▶Application Notes the gas cylinder must have a two-stage pressure regulator to limit the pressure below 3 psi for safe operation. ▶Warranty One year limited standard warranty
