Description:

This product can prevent the malt from getting moldy. Using 80mg/L
concentration of chlorine dioxide to spray and disinfect the germination room,
box and wheat layer at the same time can effectively inhibit the growth and
reproduction of mold in the process of malt production and improve the quality
of malt; in the production process of barley, wheat, rye, etc. Sterilize by
soaking in 30-50mg/L solution.

Compared with the daily use of bleaching powder, formaldehyde and lime milk,
chlorine dioxide greatly improves the operating conditions of workers, and
chlorine dioxide can also accelerate the leaching of harmful substances (such
as phenols, glutamic acid, etc.) The germination speed and shortening of the
malting cycle, the leaching of harmful substances, can reduce the color of the
malt and improve the quality of the malt.
